Every summer we like to have a big BBQ and this year we had about forty people come over. It was a lot of fun with Margaritas and lots of good BBQ type food. As you can see from the photos it was a beautiful day! The kids were all worn out when they went home at about 8pm... and then a few of us lit the fire-pit and had a few extra drinks after the sun went down. Just a lovely day. :)

Hi again! Another week down ands we have been very busy. Annabel has been going to sports camp every day and is really enjoying that, but is so tired every afternoon. She loves tennis and the ball games they play. They also go swimming every day.
Dad, Connor and I have been heading into the gym every day after dropping Annabel off at camp. You should see how much Dad's walking has improved just in the few weeks he has been here. Dad rides a stationary bike and walks the track at the gym. He swims and then has a Sauna. He has no stomach trouble now and his eating habits are much improved. The kids really enjoy having Isoisa here.
We had a great evening on Thursday night as we got a baby-sitter and Kieran, Dad and I went and saw the movie Jindabyne at an arty type theatre here in Ann Arbor. It was like going home for two hours! FUN!
Then this afternoon we all went to the Celtic Festival in Saline. It is about fifteen minutes away from us and is held in a park on the river. Very beautiful place to hear bag pipes filling the air. The bands were great, the food fantastic and the beer was flowing... so fun was had by all. Dad made friends with a couple of Knights... Connor got into the spirit... Kieran buddied up to a Scotsman... Annabel went jousting on a little horse on a railroad thingy.... and I watched over everyone....:)
